Lumen Peptides Partner Program Terms (DRAFT — pending legal review)

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older, legally able to contract in your jurisdiction, and approved by the Lumen Peptides review team before any tracking, code, or payout is active. All information you submit must be accurate.

2. Independent relationship; no impersonation

You take part in this program as an independent referrer of Lumen Peptides ("Lumen"). Nothing in these terms makes you Lumen's employee, agent, partner, or spokesperson, and nothing gives you authority to commit Lumen to anything. Do not present any account, handle, domain, or email address as an official Lumen channel, and do not create identifiers that imitate Lumen's branding.

3. Research-use-only framing

Lumen products are sold for laboratory research use only. You will not describe, promote, or imply that any product is for human consumption, dosing, self-administration, or any therapeutic use, and you will not provide usage or dosing instructions of any kind.

4. No medical claims

You will not state or imply that any Lumen product treats, cures, prevents, diagnoses, or mitigates any disease, condition, or symptom.

5. Your content is yours

You are solely responsible for everything you publish. Lumen does not review, approve, or control your content and is not its publisher or sponsor. Liability for your statements rests with you.

6. Disclosure

Every post, video, page, or message that carries your code or link must include an obvious, plain-English disclosure of your paid relationship with Lumen — "#ad" works, and so does "Lumen pays me a commission on this link." A disclosure buried in fine print or hidden behind a click does not count. Follow the FTC Endorsement Guides, plus whatever equivalent rules apply wherever your audience lives.

7. Lawful conduct; no manipulation

You will follow every law that applies to your promotion, anti-spam and consumer-protection rules included. Cookie stuffing, fake or incentivized clicks, referring yourself, bidding on Lumen brand terms in paid search, lookalike domains, deceptive advertising, and posting your code to deal or coupon-aggregator sites are all prohibited.

8. Accurate discount representation

You will represent the referral discount exactly as configured for your code and will not invent percentages, fake urgency, or mislead customers about savings.

9. Commissions and payouts

Commission rates and the payout calendar are those published on the Partner Program page. Commissions clear 14 days after an order is delivered with no refund, and cleared commissions pay in the next monthly batch (minimum $1). Refunds and cancellations adjust or reverse commissions automatically. Taxes on amounts paid to you are entirely your responsibility, and payouts require identity and tax verification where legal thresholds are met; Lumen cannot pay you until required verification is complete.

10. Enforcement

Lumen may issue warnings and strikes (three counting strikes suspend an account; severe violations suspend immediately), may hold or reverse commissions connected to suspicious activity, and retains sole discretion over enforcement, suspension, and termination of program participation. To appeal a strike, email support within 30 days with the strike ID; a strike under appeal stops counting until the review resolves.

11. Updates and electronic acceptance

Lumen may update these terms. When a material update lands, your dashboard will flag it, and you may need to accept the new version before continuing in the program. Electronic records and click-wrap acceptance count as your binding signature.

12. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On suspension or termination, your code and tracking stop; commission handling for existing referred customers follows the published program rules.

13. Program provided as-is; liability cap

Lumen offers the program without warranties of any kind and makes no promise that it will run uninterrupted, error-free, or profitably for you. Should any claim arise out of the program, Lumen's total liability to you — however the claim is framed — will not exceed the commissions Lumen actually paid you in the six months before the claim arose.
